    Hi @makystore,

Thanks for reaching out. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Has this just started to appear recently, with Site Kit working as expected previously?
    3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window do you see any browser console errors on the same screen where this notice appears? If so please share any such errors.

We also have encountered reports of this error previously, with more details added to this GitHub issue. The information you share above may help determine whether the error you’re facing is based on a third party plugin conflict, or a hosting related configuration.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

We’ve received a Site Health information form response which references this support topic. Assuming this was submitted by you I can see a couple of plugins active which could potentially impact Site Kit functionality, in particular from the admin toolbar feature. There seems to be a critical error on the website at present so I can’t inspect your sites source code.

So we can determine more can you perform the checks below and share whether the same error appears?

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to view your Site Kit dashboard once more

If the same occurs, please inform me if you have any other WordPress sites on the same hosting platform. If so we can propose some checks from this site.

@makystore Just checking in to see if you have had the chance to try the above steps listed by James?

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
