Thanks for reaching out @roro, and appreciate the insights regarding this appearing on two different sites. In order to determine more on this please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information for one of the impacted sites. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?

Based on previous reports of this error, we suspect this may occur as a result of a third party plugin conflict. Once we have the above information we can determine more on this, with possible troubleshooting suggesting being to check for this error using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Information sent using the form.
In incognito mode there are no errors, but it says is a “staging environment” which is not.
Im using cloudflare (security level: Medium)

Appreciate the update @roro. From reviewing the site details you kindly shared, I can see that the site records for your site appear as insecure (http), as opposed to secure (https). While I can’t be sure this may be contributing to the error you encountered, I do suspect this may be impacting the “staging environment notice” you last reported. Note also that any staging site notice usually appears before Site Kit set up, so you may have reset Site Kit or you may have become disconnected.

To try and resolve this, can you visit your WordPress general settings tab (Settings > General) and ensure both site URLs appear as https as opposed to http? After doing so, please login to your site once more, as you’ll likely be logged out, and attempt Site Kit set up.

Let me know how you get on after attempting the above, or ask if you have any questions.

@roro I’m just following up with you to check whether the same issue remains? If so, please ensure both site URLs reference your site as secure (https), while also ensuring you have redirection in place. It doesn’t seem in place at present, with your site accessible over http.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
