Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘split’)

    Hi,
    for a few days my Google for Woocommerce and Google Ads have errors.
    When I open the plugin in the backend, the following message is shown twice at the bottom:
    “There was an error loading report. Unable to retrieve report data: An internal error has occurred.”
    I created a new campaign and then tried to change the budget, but as soon as I finish the wizard, an error message appears with the following details:

    In the Google Ads Products section there is the error that you can see in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/DWnC8Hj
    However, the products are exported correctly to Google Merchant Center, as you can see from this screenshot: https://ibb.co/c2Cz2hL
    Finally, I do not detect errors in the server logs.

    I tried to disconnect all Google for Woocommerce connections and then reconnect again, but nothing changed.
    What causes these problems and how can they be fixed?

    Hey there @peppedb , Could you please check if your Google Ads account is verified and enabled for purchasing ads? Perhaps you need to complete the setup of the Google Ads account or there are some pending steps to verify it?

    Do keep us posted on how the recommended suggestion works out for you.

    Thank You for reply. My Google Ads account is verified and enabled for purchasing ads.
    In fact, I have already paid several invoices to Google Ads, the last one was charged to me just today.

    A few days ago the error on Google Ads that you see in the screenshot attached in my previous message disappeared.
    I then tried to change the budget of a campaign from the Google for Woocommerce plugin, but I always saw the same error.
    I disconnected the plugin from the Google account again and redid the wizard once again.
    Now everything seems to be working correctly. So I deduce that the problem originated on Google.

    @simplysaru I am having the same issue. I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled and I still get this.
