    Hi PUM team,

I’m still running into this issue which is 9 months old. I’m using the current version of your plugin. And yes I’m using custom jQuery version 3.5.1.

However David Garcia (@sultanicq) fixes the problem. I still think the problem is in your plugin even though I didn’t have the time to reverse engineer it.

Maybe just wrap that block into an if statement, so ppl having the same issue don’t just run into a JS console errer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lxt

Good day, and thanks for writing in!

I viewed the old link and our lead developer had replied to it. It seems what David found is not relevant. It could be one of the plugins on your site is causing a jquery conflict to WordPress jQuery and affects the popup.

I made a test using the latest version of Popup Maker and WordPress, but I did not replicate the Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘applyFilters’ of undefined on the Popup Maker script – https://share.getcloudapp.com/9Zux1kK2

Please could you send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ and kindly include the URL where we can check the popup and error. Please could you also send the error log from Popup Maker. You may find it under Popup Maker > Tools.

Thank you and we look forward to your response.
