    Hi Daniel,

I want an onclick popup on some text inside a ‘Mailchimp for wordpress’ form. It’s working but it’s creating an error: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefinedd.render @ TweenMax.min.js?ver=1.15.1:14i.render @ VM1100:1k._updateRoot @ VM1100:1i.dispatchEvent @ VM1100:1p @ VM1100:1”

There’s quite a lot of text in the popup (It’s a privacy policy), could that be causing an issue?

Also when I submit the form, the content of the popup flashes up very briefly in the left hand bottom side of the screen in plain text.

The website is locked until it’s released, but I can give you a login if you need to take a look. I’d really like to use your plugin, it’s quite hard finding a simple on click popup plugin that is tested on the latest version and well reviewed…

    Thanks

@bergrachael – Are you by chance using rev slider? The JS error you mentioned usually occurs with older versions of Rev Slider.

Sure you can email me login info danieliser at wizardinternetsolutions.com.

    Glad to help.

Errors went away after installing Rev slider…
Didn’t even need to deactivate or stop using layerslider

@bergrachael – That is very strange. I have added a new issue to our list for further discussion as to possibly removing our usage of GSAP. Although it is the best possible animation platform, it is the #1 cause of conflict on sites, which causes more support tickets than needed likely.

Unfortunately after many attempts to persuade other GSAP WP Plugins to do things the right way haven’t been able to get any forward motion from them. They seem stuck in their ways, so best solution for us may be to simply remove our dependence on it.

Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.
