    Hi,
I am currently using Woocommerce 2.6.14
By upgrading the plugin Woocommerce Sisow Betaal opties from the version 4.6.0 to 4.7.1, I can no longer place an order.
The console reports the following error:
“Cannot read property ‘ reload ‘ of NULL”
and the checkout page stops responding.

I ask you to check this problem and possibly solve it in the next versions.

    Thank you

  • A customer of mine had an Internal Server Error at checkout. She’s also still using WooCommerce 2.6.14, so I had to rollback to Sisow 4.7.0 which is working fine.

There were no errors in the error log, so it took me a while to debug this issue.

Unfortunately we can’t support WooCommerce 2.X any longer.

For WooCommerce 3 we have to use some functions which doesn’t exists in WooCommerce 2.
So the plug-in can’t work on both version without giving errors.

Then you should make that very clear in the changelog!

A lot of other plugins and themes are still not ready for WooCommerce 3.0, so these sites still can’t migrate. Of course I understand that these plugins and themes also have a responsibility, but the website owners are having a problem because of these support differences…

    Dear,

The compatibility with WooCommerce 2 is fixed in the 4.7.2 version.

    With kind regards,
    Sisow
