    Plugin Support Smash Balloon Joel

    (@joelsmashballoon)

    Hey @torbentschechnegmailcom, and @ohfuchs,

This error message can appear for a number of reasons. As an example, if jQuery is not defined, defined after our plugin, or in some cases – both before and after, this can occur. it can also occur if other plugins change the loading order of our plugin so that it no longer works.

A quick general fix that sometimes work (depending on which of these issues it is) is enabling Enqueue JS File in Head under Instagram Feed > Customize.

Should you be able to provide a link to the site in question, I should be able to provide more specific support. If you are unable to get this working, please also send us a support request on our website here including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

    Many thanks.
