• Resolved gelform

Since the update 4 days ago, Paypal donations trigger this error in Chrome:
Cannot read property 'value' of null
    And this error in Safari:
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'e.querySelector('input[name="card_name"]').value')
    give-stripe.js LINE 188
I’ve tested in incognito, made cache exceptions, tried different browsers and no luck.

Here’s the link to the form:

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hey Corey!

This is a known issue that will be resolved in version 2.9.3 which is scheduled for imminent release.

Stay tuned, it’s hopefully going out today. In the meantime, temporarily using the the multi-field setting at Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Stripe > Credit Card On Site should resolve things.

Here’s the bug report to follow: https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/stripe-script-generates-error-in-the-console

I’m going to mark this post as complete so that you can follow along at that link ^^^

Just FYI, multi-field did not fix the issue. I already had that checked. I switched it to single-field. Same error.

I look forward to the fix. Thanks!
