    Yesterday, I received a mail from the plugin, that says “Your business account is going to expire”.
    I visited the site and found following messages:

    • Error: 190: Error validating access token: Session has expired on Tuesday, 09-Apr-24 03:02:58 PDT. The current time is Sunday, 19-May-24 21:50:42 PDT.
    • Error: 190: Unknown error.

    I think I need to delete and reconnect my facebook business account to the plugin, and go to the plugin setting page.
    When I press the trashbox icon on “Accounts” tab, the alert “You are about to delete the account.” is shown.
    I press “OK” on the alert window, but nothing happens.

    Also, when pressing “OK” on the alert window, the following error is displayed in the browser console.
    This error is from “wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js” line 56.

    Next, I uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but the account is still registered and can’t be deleted.
    So I go to “Settings” tab, check “Remove data” and press “Save”.
    But the spinner is spinning forever and can’t save the setting.
    When pressing “Save”, another but similar error appears in the browser console.
    This error is from “wp-includes/js/dist/data.min.js” line 2.

    WordPress 5.9.9
    Plugin: 4.3.6 (the latest)
    PHP: 7.4.33

    In conclusion, my questions are:
    Why did I receive the mail after more than a month of token expiration?
    Isn’t the token updated automatically?
    Why can’t I delete the account or save plugin settings?

    Hello mate,

    We’ve confirmed that this issue is affecting personal accounts.

    If you have a business accounts connected to a page you can switch to the Business Account method.

    While we have already submitted the requirements to Facebook for review, we would like to know if you can provide us with your Instagram username.

    This would allow us to add you as a test user to the application, which would serve as a temporary solution for the new Facebook permissions requirements until it is definitively approved.

    I’ve used business account since before.
    I could get a new token from https://socialfeed.quadlayers.com/facebook.php, but I don’t know how to apply this token to my site.
    The token shown in the plugin setting page doesn’t seem to be updated.
    Also, the following massage is shown on the site and the feed isn’t shown.
    Can I have further help?

    • Error: 190: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
    • Error: 190: Unknown error.

    In addition, I think errors shown in the browser console are another problems, unrelated to Facebook.
    Can I have any information about this?

    As I wrote in the first post, my environment is:
    WordPress 5.9.9
    Plugin: 4.3.6 (the latest)
    PHP: 7.4.33

    Looks like you have an old version of WordPress.

    We will review the compatibility of the plugin with this version.
