    I have created a store on FB (https://www.facebook.com/row2k/shop/) and populated it with products from our WC store. I am using Facebook for WC version 2.01.

    However, for the past few months, every time I log into the WP admin on our WC site, I see the following banner at the top of the site:

    “Heads up! You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce connection. Please click here to reconnect!”

    I go through the steps and reconnect, get the “You’re all set” message from FB after reconnecting, but when I receive the “You just authenticated Facebook” message and click the “That’s my site – Redirect me” button with the following link:

    https://rowingstore.row2k.com/?wc-api=wc_facebook_connect&external_business_id=row2k-rowing-store-5f2379448d34a&nonce=xxx&system_user_access_token=xxx

    I am redirected to a page that just says “-1”, and when I browse back to the WP dashboard, the “Please click to reconnect” banner is at the top of the site again. I am also unable to manage the connection via the “facebook” option under the WooCommerce menu.

    Hi @oliro717,

    To start troubleshooting, could you please check if the system user for the plugin was created? You can do that by following these steps:

    1. Log into Business Manager
    2. Make sure to select the same Business that was used in the setup process
    3. Click Users > System Users
    4. Then, you should see a WooCommerce system user. Here’s what that looks like: https://cloud.skyver.ge/YEuor1ZB

    Additionally, in your WordPress admin, please navigate to WooCommerce > Facebook and check if you have the ‘Manage Connection’ button like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/jkuZvlPz

    Could you please let me know once you’ve checked those things and what you find?

    I hope you had a good weekend! Did anything change in the status of your site?

    Thanks for providing those screenshots. It looks like you’ve attempted connecting a few times. Facebook has released a few fixes since you first contacted us and it’s possible that your connection will work if you attempt it again.

    Would you please give it another go and come back here and let me know how it goes? If it’s still not working I have some more steps to try.

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you here. I really appreciate your patience. ??

    Has there been any progress in getting your site to connect?

    Would you be willing to share with me the currency your site is using?

    You can check that by following these steps:

    1. Log into your Facebook Commerce Manager
    2. Click on Settings > General and under Commerce Account Info, please take note of the currency.

    Could you update me with the currency once you get a chance to check?

    Would you please let me know if you have a Site Title defined in your WordPress Dashboard atSettings > General? If you don’t, would you please define a Site Title?

    Thanks for that information. I’m so sorry to hear that the plugin is still not working properly.

    Are you still seeing that your products are syncing between your WooCommerce site and Facebook Shop despite getting this “-1” issue?

    Yes, it appears that products are synching between our store and FB. However, the plugin always shows the “You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce connection. Please click here to reconnect!” message on the WP dashboard, and reports a “plugin update” available almost every day, despite there being no update available.

    This is really quite odd and unexpected behavior from the plugin.

    There are some further troubleshooting steps we can take that would involve sharing information that’s a bit more private. Would you be willing to reach out directly to our team via our contact form, sharing the email address and business manager ID you use to connect to Facebook, so that our team can take a more personalized look into your site?

    This is still not working, so please keep this ticket open. I filed a direct contact using the skyverge contact form, as you suggested, but have not heard back. I still cannot successfully reconnect to FB via the plugin, and would like to get this resolved.
