    Hello,

I’ve been unable to reconnect to my sites from the single site overview page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=managesites&dashboard=<SITEID>). When I click the reconnect button, the button disappears, a ‘loading…’ message appears briefly, then the whole page refreshes. During this process, the site is never actually reconnected.

The (hopefully) temporary solution for me is to find the site in my manage sites page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=managesites), and reconnect the site from there. Not sure why this seems to work, but the other method doesn’t.

This is the case before AND after updating the MainWP Child plugin on the child sites.

If it matters why or how the sites lost their connection, I upgraded the sites in question to use HTTPS. Initially, the sites were setup in the MainWP Dashboard to use HTTP. In the MainWP dashboard, I opened up each site and edited its settings, changing the protocol from HTTP to HTTPS.

I’ve updated my MainWP Dashboard to 4.0.1. I see this issue was addressed in the update. I’m still unable to reconnect child sites from the single site overview.

After clicking the reconnect button, a message appears at the top of the page: Invalid request! Please try again. If the process keeps failing, please contact the MainWP support.

The page no longer refreshes after attempting to reconnect. I’m able to reconnect the site from the Manage Sites page, same as mentioned previously.

Hi @pixelbrad, can you open a helpdesk ticket so we can check what is going on?
