    Hi, I cannot recover my account. I know the email address is good because your site accepts it, and I have a previous welcome message from Optimole sent to that address. But the password never arrives. Tried twice. Not in spam, not anywhere. I can use another email address and create a new account, but that seems confusing and would leave an orphan account on your system.

    Sorry to hear that. I’ve fixed the contact link now and you should be able to reach us.

    In case that is not working, you can use [email protected] to reach out.

    Once that I get the email you used for the account, I would be able to check what happened.
