    Hi,

im having issues with Molongui Authorship on my website cryptoscam.info.

It worked fine before the wordpress update to 5.9.1 on tuesday, but now im getting this message:

`When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.9
    Current theme: GeneratePress (version 3.1.3)
Current plugin: Molongui Authorship (version 4.5.1)
    PHP version 7.4.27

    Error Details
    =============
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 214 of the file /home/erlajame/cryptoscam.info/wp-content/plugins/molongui-authorship/includes/helpers/options.php. Error message: Cannot redeclare authorship_get_post_types() (previously declared in /home/erlajame/cryptoscam.info/wp-content/plugins/molongui-authorship/includes/helpers/options/misc.php:5)`

I tried an older version of the plugin (4.4.4) already, but with the same outcome.

I also cant generate the Environment Report, as everything gets blocked ones I activate the plugin.

It might have something to do with WPML, as im running Molongui Authorship also on a second website (same hosting), but thats the major difference between the two websites.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @allangarland,

Do you happen to have any cache? It might be provided either by a third party plugin or by your hosting. If you do, have you flush it after updating? Please do if you didn’t.

If you don’t have any cache, the updating process may not have finished properly. The thing is that the options.php file doesn’t exist anymore. So please check if it is there in your server files (/home/erlajame/cryptoscam.info/wp-content/plugins/molongui-authorship/includes/helpers/options.php). If it is, then you should re-install Molongui Authorship free 4.5.1. If you have the plugin configured to keep both data and config (it is configured like that by default), no plugin data will be lost at all. So you can disable and delete the plugin. And then re-install it.

This should fix the issue. Please let me know if it does.

Sorry for my delayed response, everything works fine now after some upgrades:

    Wordpress 5.9.2 + WPML Multilingual CMS 4.5.5 + Molongui Authorship 4.5.3

    Thanks for your help!
