Cannot register on forum?

I have tried several times to register on the forum Enigma forum without success,
It keeps on telling me I will get a mail but I do not get that (I have checked my spam folder).
As I really like theme Enigma and want to contribute (it contains some minor errors) I now try this forum to get myself registered.

Can I get registered please on the weblizar forum?

OK. I just tried that. Now awaiting response.

For all others…………… the weblizar forum can only be used by Premium users.

This is not noted on their forum and also not on the registering pages.
Mentioning this to weblizar support resulted in no reaction……..
The only thing they gave me was a link to this forum.

Customer friendliness apparently does not apply for free users……….. ??
