Trying to set the Remove admin notices option to remove notices for all users, not just me, but when I check the correct radio box and click ‘Save’, the Clearfy settings page reloads with the ‘just for me’ option enabled again.

Looked at the options table in db and found no option at all for this in there. Just two options are present – wbcr_clearfy_hide_admin_notices (set to only_selected) and wbcr_clearfy_show_notices_in_adminbar (set to 0). Nothing about who to hide them from.

    Please help!

  • Hello.

There is no “just for me” setting in the plugin. If settings are not saved, there may be a problem with caching(plugin or on the server)

Alright, I thought that was what the “Reset hidden notices for current user/all users” option was supposed to do.
When a notice pos up there’s a button on it saying “Hide for me”. I thought there was an option for the admin to hide notices for all users. Site managers don’t need to see plugin notices asking them to rate, donate or support so it would make sense for the site admin to be able to hide it from them.

You can hide all notifications from all users using the option Hide admin notices -> All notices
