Cannot remove ads from pages

Hi,

I can’t seem to stop ads from showing on pages such as my home page and about page.

I’ve disabled pages, and they show as disabled in the page editor.

I’ve also blacklisted the four pages I don’t want ads on.

They continue to show anyway.

Any thoughts? I’ve read through the sections in your guide but i’m not great at this kind of thing so if you have any ideas for the IT challenged that’d be great.
