cannot remove authorization from free plugin

i have purchased primum plugin so in free version i need to remove authorization so in manage authorizations of free plugin i need to remove the Facebook username so that i can use that in my premium plugin but there is no remove account button in the free plugin pls help.

i have mailed twice to support but not responding to my mails
