Cannot remove Bulk Discount Coupon

    Hi Team, this issue started appearing with one of the recent updates.

    I have a bulk discount rule, which applies as coupon on checkout

    Following are its settings

    Earlier, when in showed up in cart, I did have the option to delete / remove the coupon in cart. But that doesn’t work anymore

    As you would notice, when I remove the coupon, I do get the message that it has been removed. But that unfortunately isn’t the case. The coupon stays here .

    I also use another of your plugin WP Loyalty (premium version). So I disable it to see if there were any conflicts. There weren’t.

    Just to test, I disabled almost all plugins on my staging site. It still did not work.

    I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if this is the intended behaviour. It used to work, hence not sure

    Based on the information you’ve shared, it appears that the discount is being applied as an automatic coupon. Consequently, even if the customer removes the coupon code during the checkout process, the coupon and discount will be reapplied automatically because the conditions are still being met.

    Solution: You will need to add the “Coupon” as an additional condition.

    This way, the discount will only be applied if the customer manually enters the coupon code “BULKDISCOUNT” during the cart/ checkout process. Furthermore, the discount will be removed if the customer removes the coupon code from the cart or during checkout.
