Could not fully remove the plugin(s) gd-star-rating/gd-star-rating

    I notice on your site:

    “Also we removed the star/rating system. We are moving to another plugin as the current one was slowing down the site”

    Was it GD Star Rating plugin that caused the slowdown or another one?

    The .js I posted above (which I can’t remove even though I’ve uninstalled the plugin) was the main reason for removing, it takes about 1.7 seconds to load (the longest of my site)

    Is anyone able to assist as to how I can manually remove it?

    I get a 404 on that link which loads instantly.
    Do you mean you can’t delete files using FTP?
    The file manager on your Plesk or CPanel should allow you to remove any file.

    After receiving that error I manually removed the plugin folder via FTP

    What is the best way to deal with this?
