Cannot remove entry block and entry metas

    My site is still a testing site so it isn’t opened to the public.

    I couldn’t remove the entry blocks and metas at the bottom section of Add/Edit Post Types.

    Once I unchecked everything and click save, and refresh again, all the checkbox is back to checked again.

    I need to remove those entry blocks so that the title, authors, date and so on does not appear on my website.

    are you saying that the “supports” section is automatically having more than just title, editor, and featured image checked whenever you go to add a new post type via CPTUI? or that when you’re creating a post, those sections of the editor screen are showing up when you don’t want them?

    Also, in case you’re also referring to the frontend and the content values of meta fields and author/date/etc. Those parts will need to be handled via your active theme files as we don’t directly affect the templates at all.

    Hi, nothing is wrong with the supports section. The section with the issue is the “entry blocks” & “entry meta” sections. CPTUI seemed to not save the changes there. A second refresh will show the old settings back.

    Sounds like something from a separate plugin or maybe your current active theme, we don’t add anything like that to the editor screen, and those sound like they’re not from WordPress core either.

    Oh I just realized that that is under the Total Theme section. So I guess it has nothing to do with your plugin. Sorry that I misunderstood. Thanks for the quick response anyway!
