Cannot Remove In Cart Item or change qty to 0

This plug in, seems wonderful and I hope to use it. That said, i am having a problem. If I add an appointment, then try and change it or set the qty to zero, nothing happens. I cannot click on the x to remove an apointment or set the qty to zero.

To Be brief. We have clients that often change there mind as to the date of their booking, when checking out. So, i did a test. I made an appointment for one day, then made another appointment for another day. Upon check out, i wanted to remove one of the dates and I cannot.
