    Hi everyone,

    I’m having issues with removing old inactive website from my WordPress account. I’ve tried through iOS App and wordpress.com/jetpack website but I still can see these old websites in my account.

    I’ve tried this : https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/ but I don’t have these old websites displayed like the support-doc and have some error messages when I try to delete from iOS app (user cannot delete jetpack site via API).

    Any ideas ?
    xx

    Hi @andor3a,

    Can you give us the URLs of the sites you’d like to have disconnected from Jetpack? We’re not able to tell what your sites’ URLs are based on the WordPress.com link you gave us previously. ??

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for your answer. As I can see on my WordPress iOS App and Jetpack/WP account. I’d like to unlink/kill/delete those websites :

    -> elicirufrae.it (no longer exists)
    -> helixir.ch (no longer exists)

    I still can see these website on that following URL https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs and iOS App.

    Best regards,
    Andrea

    Hey Andrea!

    Thanks for those links. I’ve removed the lingering Jetpack connection on both https://elicirufrae.it/ and https://helixir.ch/.

    I’m going to mark this thread as resolved now, but feel free to reach back out if you still need us. You can simply mark the Status as “not resolved” in the right sidebar.

    Cheers!
