Cannot remove shortcode from plugin

I have uninstalled the Judge.me plugin because I don’t need it on my site, and unfortunately, I cannot remove the shortcode the plugin left behind. I reinstalled the plugin and unchecked the toggles to hopefully fix the issue but it did not. I also followed the information on this support ticket and these did not resolve the issue.
