    It looks as if the code has them removed, and yet they show up (firebug), and I have an ID on a widget, and styled it like so:
    #sidebar ul li#collapsible-archive ul,
    #sidebar ul li#collapsible-archive ul li{
    list-style: none none;
    }

    It IS showing up in firebug, but is NOT removing the li, and its pretty clear that its supposed to! I’m so confused!

    Thanks for hte great theme btw.

  • Can you post a link so that we can take a look? Thanks.

    Also, there was someone on hear earlier who was having trouble with his styles not being implemented like he expected. It turned out he had some CSS in his header.php that was overriding his style.css file. Just a thought.

    There is no style other than what would show up in Firebug in Firefox. And all styles are from style.css and my custom style is showing up as the first-read style with NO bullets allowed. There is no competing dataan see, and YET – there is that darn bullet!!! I can fix anything in css – or so I thought. ??

    I’ve looked it over and I agree it’s pretty strange. The CSS you posted is actually doing it’s job. If you take it away, additional bullets appear! The same applies to all your lists in the sidebar. If you tell it to show bullets in the css, There’s only 2 things I can think of that might be causing this.

    1. Are you using widgets for your sidebar? It may or may not be possible that one of the widgets is adding the bullets. Just an idea.

    2. You should try to get your HTML to validate before chasing down strange CSS problems. Sometimes poor HTML can do strange things to CSS. You can check your HTML here: https://validator.w3.org/

    Yeah I love this theme, but I’ve had a few problems here and there with plugin compatibility as well. I’ve found that if I download some plugins with this theme, all of my posts disappear. Luckily I download each one by one so I can keep track of which causes the malfunctions.

    Very touchy, yet beautiful theme.

    try use !important, maybe something else overrides it.
