• Up to yesterday everything went ok, since yesterday I get a lot of rendering errors. But … some Latex formulas are rendered, others not.

Errormessage for a very simple expression:

    *** QuickLaTeX cannot compile formula:

    \aries

    *** Error message:

Cannot connect to QuickLaTeX server: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

Please make sure your server/PHP settings allow HTTP requests to external resources (“allow_url_fopen”, etc.)

    Thank you for your report!

We have been experiencing significant overload on our server (looks like many users do not use cache). We applied a few fixes, and it should be better functioning by now.

    It’s working again. Thanks.

I hope, it wasn’t me who created that load. Normally I have QuickLatex Cache and WPSuperCache activated; but right now I am restructuring and rewriting some of my pages, also creating some new with a lot of latex formulas; also changed some global settings and preamble.

If errors will reoccur, I will post here ??
