Cannot reorder tracks in my playlist

    Hello everyone,

    For some reason I cannot reorder tracks in my playlist anymore,

    Inside the “Edit audio playlist” menu, I click on a thumbnail of a song I want to move, I drag it net to another song, expecting the order to be changed, but the track just goes back to its original position.

    Does anyone know why could this be happening?

    Hey Jackson thanks for tuning in
    It’s not a WordPress plugin, it’s a core function.

    When editing an audio playlist created by WordPress you should be able to reorder the tracks, and it worked a few weeks ago and suddenly stopped working but I didn’t do anything.

    What do you think?
    I really don’t know what to do

    I even try to just create a new audio playlist, and the exact same thing: the tracks cannot be reordered. Maybe it’s a bug of a new WordPress version? My current version is 5.9

    Well I downgraded to version 5.8.2 and viola it fixed the issue…

    So I’m assuming it’s a bug? Is it possible to report this bug somehow?
