Cannot reset password. Not getting email

My domain is hosted at GoDaddy and they have verified all is good on that front.

My email is hosted at Godaddy, and they have verified that all is good on that front, and that all of my Cloudflare DNS settings are correct. I can reset passwords on all other sites and get the emails. I can send and receive emails with no issue.

My issue is that when I try to reset my password for my wordpress site, I do not receive an email. All of my info is correct in wordpress (I can get in, resetting password was just a troubleshooting step for me not receiving emails from my contact form . . . the password reset issue persisted after I completely deleted the form). FWIW, this has not been an issue before. And this is not related to a gmail account (cloudflare has an issue with those right now).

Any ideas?
