Cannot review latest terms of use and privacy policy

    When I logged in to our site to review the Wordfence firewall, there is a modal popup asking me to review the latest terms of use and privacy policy. Clicking the REVIEW button, however, does nothing. I’ve tried a different browser too.

    When I check the console I see these errors:

    Uncaught TypeError: $(...).wfCircularProgress is not a function (admin.php)
Uncaught ReferenceError: WFAD is not defined (admin.php)
Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tmpl is not a function (admin.php)
Uncaught TypeError: s is undefined (load-scripts.php)

    Any ideas to help me past this issue? Thanks.
