Cannot review products

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    It looks like the user has purchased that product but the order is not completed or he has purchased another product.

    WooCommerce setting Reviews can only be left by "verified owners" only allows the user who has purchased the current product to submit reviews.

    Hi,
    i noticed that it allows to review after changing the order status from hold. How i make it to options only like (purchased, logged in) without considering the order status.

    It’s the WooCommerce settings, you can contact WooCommerce support to ask for more info here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Or turn this off to allow logged-in users (without purchase) to submit reviews.
