Cannot run install

    I had my site running and then ran into issues with themes. After much aggrevation I decided to reinstall. I have tried several times and have followed the steps closely. I was able to get it running once. My WP files are in the public/html folder but when I try to run wp-admin/install.php I get that the website cannot be found. I am new to this and wish I could expain more. The site is https://www.caldwellmarcom.com.

    Can you view other file in your website (except WordPress) ?

    If you can’t may be you have a server problem or root directory is incorrect.
