Cannot save any question or answer

  • Edit Quiz – Add question – Pop-up appears with no save button or buttons next.
    Only 2 buttons: [Cancel] [+AddQuestion]

    [+AddQuestion] button inactive

    Hi @amega I’m really sorry that Forminator didn’t work for you.

    Please note that the correct section to start support topics is here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/forminator/

    Could you please make sure that you have defined a wrong answer (if it’s a knowledge quiz) or a personality (if it’s a personality quiz) as that might be the reason the button is disabled.

    We are also going to add a validation errors in the next release of Forminator which I’m sure will help you with this.
