    Hi:
    I have updated all the templates of my site except for the blog one. I want to change the heading photo, but cannot save it after the change. I have tried many of the suggestions in the documentation section: update the Gutenverse plugging and play with the permalink. The other options are very technical for me. I don’t understand what to do with the Imagick option and other optimization tools out of my knowledge specter.

    Why can’t I do this if I can update and save the headings from every other template?

    Hi @rosalinamg

    Please try deactivating the plugins one by one, except for Gutenverse, and observe if the issue persists.
    This step will help identify if any of the plugins are causing the problem.

    Hi Yoga:

    I tried deactivating every plugin, and the problem persisted.

    And I’ve been reviewing the issues highlighted in yellow in the System Status:

    -PHP Memory Limit-1 – We recommend setting memory to at least 256MB.See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP

    -WP Memory Limit40M – We recommend setting memory to at least 256MB.See: Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit

    -PHP Image library installed Please install PHP image Magic library

    Does any of these issues may be causing the problem? Any suggestion?

    Hi @rosalinamg

    Is there any error popped up when you’re trying to save? (for example, red “Saving Failed” box on top of the editor)
    If so, can you send us a screenshot of it?

    Also can you copy all the content of the blog template and paste it here?
    We will check if there is any issue with the content.

    I’m afraid your menu is not the same as mine. I don’t have the option to edit the theme as a whole:

    You can wait for the theme update.
    We will provide the fix in the next Photology theme update.

    Alternatively, if you don’t want to wait, you could do this through WordPress Dashboard.

    It works! =D The problem is successfully solved.

    I appreciate your patience in looking for the solution and training me to solve it. Anyway, I’ll be looking forward to that actualization (I hope I have the notification) because a social widget appears constantly on the landing page, even when I continuously remove it. Well, that’s another thread, and I’ll wait for the update before asking.
