Cannot Save Changes

    Hi,
    I recently installed Postie and have run it for about 8 weeks just fine. It is the last thing I have configured on my website.
    I have moved my mail to office 365 so today I logged in and tried to update the mail server settings. Although I click on save, it doesn’t. I get no changes and no confirmation message that changes have been saved.
    I have turned off each plugin in turn and tested but none are interfering.

    What can I do? I deactivated and deleted the plugin. When I reinstalled it the old settings were intact. I had hoped I could configure it fresh but no.

    Can anyone help me please?

    Are you on the most recent version of WordPress? There was a version that had this problem.

    Hi Wayne
    I am on Current version: 5.7 or Word Press. I believe that this is the latest version unless you tell me otherwise ??

    Hmmm. You can try removing and reinstalling Postie. All your settings will be retained.

    Wayne I first checked all my plugins, then I deactivated and uninstalled Postie. When I reinstalled, as you say, my settings were all the same but I still couldn’t change any of them. I really like Postie as it allows me so much flexibility but what has happened? I can update other settings but just not Postie’s…
