Cannot save changes

    Hello,

    I’ve used this plugin with no problems in the past.

    I hadn’t used the plugin for 2 years, and, today, while trying to publish a new booking calendar, after editing the slots and information of the booking form, and clicking on “Save changes”, the changes aren’t saved (although I get a message “Settings changed”).

    When I enter the settings of the form, changes haven’t been changed.

    Can you please help me?

    We have tried from 2 different computers (and admin users), and the same happens for both of us.

    We have the last plugin version, our website is built with Divi theme and runs 7.4 php.

    Hi,

    Please try installing a “Query Monitor” plugin to check if it reports some database queries issue after clicking “Save changes”.

    Hello,

    I have installed the Query Monitor plugin and I see 2 errors when clicking on Save changes:

    Error code 1118:

    Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs

    Error code 1054:

    Unknown column ‘vs_text_quantity’ in ‘field list’

    I’m affraid I don’t have enough technical knowledge to understand what that means…
