Cannot Save Changes in “Product Sync” tab

    The “Save Changes” button in the “Product Sync” tab does not work. When you click the button nothing happens. Thus, when you exclude a category for sync and click “Save Changes” the page does not refresh. The default Google Product Categories are also not saved.

    ** The Product Sync button works but none of the data in the other fields is saved.

  • Same here! After click on “Save” button the console shows this error:

    With which version of the Facebook for WooCommerce are you experiencing this behavior with, so I can attempt to replicate the behavior?

    In regards to your issue, it’s a known bug, and our devs are working on a fix.

    We’re having a lot of improvement on the pipeline for the plugin. Please watch the next release, hopefully, that would include the fix for this issue.
