• When I change the quantities, the bar to save is not displayed. Sometimes it only comes out if I click somewhere on the screen. But often it doesn’t. I looked in the browser console to see if there was any javascript error but everything is fine.

    Hi there,

To rule out any possible plugin/theme conflict-related issue, please install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting by WordPress and keep only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stock Manager plugins active on the admin side of your site and then try to reproduce the same issue.

This doc will help you with setting it up.

Please try it and let us know how that goes for you.

Ok,I will do so then, i hope i find the problem, i will keep you updated.

I seem to have the same problem with the plugin.

To me it appears when increasing / decreasing stock quantities only with the arrow buttons. Changes made only with the arrow buttons don’t get registered as such until I click into the input once to give it focus and then remove focus again by clicking somewhere else.

My guess is that the check whether changes were made is only fired in the onBlur event and not in the onChange event attached to the input field.

FYI I use the FireFox browser.

    Hi @nagato76 & @jhoffmann
please open a new thread for the issue you are facing.

    @jhoffmann
it is working correctly on our end with arrow buttons. Please make sure you are using the latest version and have a check in the Chrome browser.
Let us know how it goes for you.

I have the same problem, but the problem is a little different depending on the hardware, browser and OS level. All are running app version 2.7.0

    1. When using it on a PC running Firefox (91.0.2 (64-bit)), I can duplicate the operation as described previously by j.hoffmann.
When using a PC running Chrome (92.0.4515.159) everything works properly.

    2. When using it from an older iPad running iOS 10x the Save bar does appear and works correctly. On this platform the app resizes properly using pinch zoom and remains at whatever zoom level you want.

    3. When using it from a new iPad running iOS 14x the Save bar does appear and works correctly. On this platform however, the app does not resize properly using pinch zoom. If you can get it to resize at all after many attempts, it bounces back to the default size.

I love your onboarding emails BTW, they are very helpful and it shows a high level of care and support. Thanks ??
