Cannot save email templates

    Hi there,
    I try to change content of email templates unfortunately the changes are not saving. No error message occures, it just jumps back to the unchanged content.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for writing in,

    I suggest you to clear the browser’s cache once and then do a plugin conflict test to know if there is any cache memory issue or a plugin conflict. Please let us know if the issue is not resolved.
