Cannot save new ticket

seems like there’s an SSL miss-configuration on the site. This error appears in the console:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://it.digestum.eu/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=support_display_statistics&_ajax_nonce=b7e516e37b. No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://it.digestum.eu’ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 401.

if you’re not using SSL, ensure your WordPress Home URL reflects the proper URL of the site
