    I believe this is an issue with conflicting plugins. I will be pushing a new release very soon that should resolve it.

    We have updated our service to connect with our new site, MARE.io. If you update your plugin and create an account on MARE.io, you should be able to create better surveys, faster. We have also integrated better reporting, and will be pushing out features much faster on this new platform.
