I have installed the free version of the paypal integration plugin.
Wordpress and all plugins are updated to the latest available versions.

Under the plugin settings, I’ve set the currency to GBP, language is English. Live account email address has been added.

On an individual form, I go to paypal settings, check the ‘enabled’ checkbox, fill out description and amount.

When I click on save, the page updates but empties the values I just entered. If I try to move away from the page, it warns me about unsaved changes.

Is there something I’m missing? I’ve tried this on both firefox and chrome.

    Any help very gratefully receieved.

    Hi ampersandmatt,

Sorry for the delayed reply – for some reason WordPress did not notify me about this new post.

Um, the only thing I can recommend is to save the form, then check to enable the PayPal redirect, then save the page again.

I have noticed that sometimes the PayPal settings wont save if the form is not previously saved and is new.

If that still does not fix the issue let me know via https://wpplugin.org/contact and I can look into your problem further.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi davidnewton,

I would not recommend hardcoding anything. What version of WordPress and PHP are you using? Please upgraded to the newest version of each and let me know if that solves the problem.

    Thanks,
    Scott
