Cannot save theme metaboxes

  • Hello,
    Thanks for this great plugin. Unfortunately, I have a big issue : Admin UI Customize is activated for Editors and Authors, but now they can’t save modifications to a custom theme (Qode Bridge) metaboxes when they edit a post. They can still access the metaboxes and add modifications but when then hit Save, these modifications are deleted.

    Any way to avoid that ?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Sorry, I don’t know your problem and could you please try do you check what metabox has the problem?
    I think your problem is specific metabox.
    And if you have problem specific metabox, sorry please consider manual remove/hidden the specific metabox OR, please consider use the other plugin and check to the “Hide” specific metabox, not the “Remove” specific metabox.

    Hello,
    I have the problem with all metaboxes added by my theme. Unfortunately, I can’t just remove these metaboxes since I need them to modify options (activate feature image, add banner image, etc.).

    Sorry I have no ideas and I don’t know why deleted after hit save.
    Can you investigate the Error?
    e.g.) WordPress error log, Browser console log…etc.

    I have to admit I don’t know how to do that… But I can give you an Author access so you can directly see the issue by yourself if you want.
