Cannot save updated/formatted fields

After downloading and activating Fast Secure … all that I can do is install the basic form on a page using [si-contact-form form=’1′]
After that, the moment I try and update any fields and hit “Save Changes” it goes to URL https://www.phedre.co.uk/wp-admin/options.php with following error message:
404!
SORRY, THIS PAGE DOES NOT EXIST.
GO HOME OR TRY A SEARCH?How frustrating is this? ??
Anyone any idea what might be going on with this
