Cannot Search Users (Blank Page)

    Hi,

    I’ve been having this problem that I could not use the search function on Users tab on the admin page.

    Whenever I search for some user it would just return a blank page with “This site can’t be reached” message.

    The search function works well when I disable WP Cerber.

    One thing I noticed is that when I activate WP Cerber and search for some user,
    the URL parameters are extremely long starting with something like _wpnonce _wp_http_referer.

    When I disable WP Cerber, the parameters are simply /users.php?s=ABC&action=-1

    I didn’t turn anything on for Hardening WordPress menus.
    and currently using 7.9 version because I had issues with 8.0 onwards with my YITH social login plugin.

    Could you please advise how I can fix this issue?

    Hi! When you see that error you have to check the error log right away. There will be an error message with detailed info on what code caused the error. Another way: try to disable all user-related plugins like that social login plugin. One of them causes a plugin conflict.
