Cannot see 13 items in Firewall section

    I installed MalCare a couple of days ago and ran a scan but nothing definitive was found. Today there is an orange dot with the number 13 in it on the Firewall link, but when I click it, it only shows the Firewall Settings page. What does the 13 mean? How do I view these “items”?
