    The version you have tried is 3.9.0? Could you check within WooCommerce > Status > Logs if there are any logs of fatal errors related to our plugin?

    Hello,
    Thanks for the response unfortunately, there is no error status related to the plugin
    and also tried by disabling all the plugin except WooCommerce, but still the issue persists

    and i have only tried installing the older version of the plugin this issue is not there, but others errors due to incompatibility.
