Cannot see comments

Please help me and tell me what I might be doing wrong.

After installing, its admin portion loaded fine and i was even able to create the custom field and it saved it correctly. It even added the fields on the public commenting form. The issue is that data is not included when you review new comments in the dashboard. Any help you give me would be greatly appreciated.
