    I have a website with “Enfold” theme. The pages use Avia Layout Builder for content. I need to set up a user as “editor” role to only edit one page on the website and not have access to edit anything else. I made that user the author of the page I want them to edit. This worked perfectly: they can see and edit that one page and not see anything else. Except all the content on the page is missing in editor role. I edit the page as admin and everything is there. I edit the page as editor and nothing is there. If I save the page as editor, all the content is deleted and the page shows blank on the website live. How can I get the content to appear in page editor for the “editor” user?

    Hi @bjwebdev

    Does this issue happen on a page created by Avia layout builder only or the issue happen with Gutenberg also?

    You can try confirm this by create 1 dedicated page to the editor, and edit them with Gutenberg. Is it also blank?

    I suspect there is a big correlation with Avia Layout Builder.

    Hi @bjwebdev,

    I’ve been using the Avia on my website with dozens of different wordpress plugins over the years with no issues. I was disheartened to see that PublishPress’s plugin didn’t work with it.

    @rizaardiyanto,

    Do the PublishPress plugin developers have any soon-to-come plans to find out why their plugin isn’t working well with Avia?

    @alexwp333 Please dont hijack others’ discussions. You have opened a discussion about your issue on: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-when-testing-new-user-role/ and I’ve replied there. Answer on 2 different forums doesn’t mean you will get faster response.

    Hi Riza. I didn’t realize that adding a comment to this thread, which you yourself invited me to look at, was a form of “hijacking” bjwebdev’s discussion. In my mind I thought that the more people that were sharing information with one another the better the chances of coming up with a solution. My sincere apologies to both you and bjwebdev.

    @bjwebdev @alexwp333 We don’t have an answer on the Enfold / Avia Layout Builder conflict yet, but I plan to investigate it.

    @bjwebdev @alexwp333 Can you point me to a freely downloadable theme that uses the Avia Layout Builder library? If this pertains exclusively to Pro themes, our troubleshooting support would likewise require Pro membership.
