cannot see Left Block and Right Block Tabs

    most of my pages are in 2 columns, left and right.
    When I edit Home page, I see the Left Block and Right Block tabs.
    No other pages show the tabs, show only left column, so I cannot edit the right columns.

    Thank you, Tara.
    I have resolved it, just a stroke of luck.
    Being a complete beginner, I did not know that to see the right column, I need to click on “Second menu”. That will display the right column.
