cannot see new page in navigation

I have created a new page, this page is not a draft or private, and it does not show in the navigation. i have deactivated the plugins and checked but it still did not work.

I am not sure what it could be, the page is created and i have a link, on the page i can see the content i put in the body text. just not sure why it doesnt show in the navigation.
