Cannot see page-specific analytics options

I downloaded this plugin and began utilizing the page specific analytics options (like matching the title of the page to the URL, keywords, headers etc) and now I am unable to view those options. They simply do not appear anywhere on my site. Was I running a trial version? I appreciated the customization and would like the opportunity to utilize it! So what happened?
